Thanks for stopping by. Here's some quick info about Cocksure Men. It's the 3rd site that I, Jake Cruise, have launched. Unlike my first site, JakeCruise.com, I don't play a sexual role in any of these movies. Every once in a while you might hear my voice or I might appear fully clothed in a cameo role, but you'ill never see me having sex with any of the men. If you've previously been a member of JakeCruise.com, you'll recognize many movies. I'm not in any of these movies. Note that every week there will be at least one all-new movie that was never on JakeCruise.com. My goal is to show that sex is fun. I strive to ensure that all performers are enjoying themselves all the time, so I keep direction to a minimum and provide a carefree work environment. It shows. You will see a wide variety of men and scenarios. Sometimes you'll see raunchy sex and sometimes romantic love making. You're going to see a lot of things you've never seen before. Some men will be in their early 20's and some in their 40's. We'll be exploring all sorts of fantasies and fetishes in the months to come, so let us know what you want to see. Just click on the "contact" button to the left. At least two scenes are added every week. Once a week, you'll get an e-mail about updates. Please note that I will never sell, give, or distribute your e-mail or other personal information in any way. You will only receive e-mails from me. You can always be removed by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you're interested in performing in front of the camera with other hot, sexy men, please click on the Casting button to the left. We're always on the lookout for new Cocksure Men. ABOUT MY
BAREBACK SCENES All actors who are not HIV+ are tested for HIV and other STD's through the Adult Industry Medical Clinic. This is the same clinic and testing methods used by the straight porn studios for movies they make without condoms. It is not the safest way to have sex, but it is much safer than not testing at all. These tests are valid only for a 30 day period, so performers are always being tested. Performers get to see the test results of their partners. The same can't be said about a man you meet at a bar or at the supermarket. So in real life you should always have the safest sex possible, and that means using a condom. The HIV test used is the PCR test which is very different then the Elisa tests you can get at your doctor's office or local free clinic. The PCR test is much more accurate, has a shorter window of infection opportunity, and is also a lot more expensive then the Elisa test. See below for more information on these tests. The only time an exception is made to testing is when the actors are real life lovers and they do not use condoms in their daily life. When models know they are HIV+, they are given a choice of having unprotected sex with another HIV+ man. All models are given the choice whether or not to use condoms. No one is forced or coerced into doing something they don't feel safe about. MY VIEWS ON THE ETHICS OF BAREBACK
MOVIES My view is that I am producing movies to sexually stimulate the viewer. Bringing a condom into the picture will remind the viewer of disease and death, which are not going to turn them on (I hope). I am not producing educational or instructional movies on how to have sex. This is not the "Kama Sutra of Jake Cruise." Over the past 25 years everyone has been educated on how HIV is transmitted. Everyone knows how to practice safe sex. And everyone should know that what they see in the movies is not always what they should do in real life. If they see a movie about robbing a bank they don't go out and rob a bank. The critics of condom-free porn state over and over that if an adult person sees bareback sex, they will mimic what they've seen in their real life, as if they were impressionable children. They will then put themselves at risk by practicing unsafe sex. But this premise is false. Think about what would have happened if it were true that people acted out what they saw in porn. There would have been no AIDS epidemic. There still would have been HIV and AIDS, but not an epidemic. How can I make such a ridiculous statement? Because if their premise were true everyone would have been shooting their loads on their partners' backs, bellies, and mouths. HIV would not have spread so quickly because the infectious bodily fluids would have been outside the body. This is why I produce, and will continue to produce, movies without condoms. I do it to entertain my viewers. I do it as safely as the producers of straight porn do using the highest quality testing available. And I do it with the belief that my adult viewers will not imitate what they see, disregarding the knowledge they have about safe sex. From the WebMD Article Polymerase chain reaction (PCR). This test finds either the genetic material RNA of HIV. PCR testing is not done as frequently as antibody testing because it requires technical skill and expensive equipment. This test may be done in the days or weeks after exposure to the virus. Genetic material may be found even if other tests are negative for the virus. The PCR test is very useful to find a very recent infection, determine if an HIV infection is present when antibody test results were uncertain, and screen blood or organs for HIV before donation. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). This test is usually the first one used to detect infection with HIV. If antibodies to HIV are present (positive), the test is usually repeated to confirm the diagnosis. If ELISA is negative, other tests are not usually needed. This test has a low chance of having a false result after the first few weeks that a person is infected.
